Benjamin is a trained psychotherapist and counsellor based in Singapore.

Customized Sessions

Customized psychotherapy to suit your needs. A typical therapy process consists of four main phases:

Identify

The first phase focuses on identifying and understanding the problems you face, and the impact it has on your life. We will work together to set goals of therapy to manage the problems identified.

Empower

The second phase focuses on collaboratively helping you achieve the goals set. This is done through a different techniques and is customized according to your unique circumstances.

Experiment

Once you have the skills required to reach your goal, you will now use and apply your newfound ideas to navigate through your daily life. We will make adjustments according to your feedback.

Grow

The final phase would be for you to identify any other problems they are facing, or choose to end off the sessions.

 

Each therapy is customized depending on the goals of the therapy, and there is no prescribed number of sessions in each phase.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that utilizes the power of the subconscious mind to facilitate positive change. By inducing a state of deep relaxation, it helps individuals overcome various challenges and achieve their desired goals.
